Strawberry prezel salad (my son and nephews favorite), home-made mac & cheese and hash brown casarol. All of these are made only at Thanksgiving and Christmas. So they are truly a treat.

Lots of traditional stuff...mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green beans, stuffing, cranberry sauce (never cared for it), dumplings, mac n' cheese for the kids.

With pumpkin pie AND pumpkin CREAM pie for desert.

We add some sharp cheddar cheese to our stuffing along with the hot sausage and little cubed potatoes.

There was a local BBQ joint here in Oakland called Doug's BBQ...they used to sell whole fried turkeys...but sadly...the place closed.
