It's not worth getting into a debate on the differences between how Tebow acts on the field and how he acts off the field. Some people like him, some people loathe him. I loathe him.

Hmm. I think Vick got those deals because he's...um...a good pro football player. Not because he's a virginal angel.

I am with you on that one. We are Jets fans in my home, so much so that we bleed green. My son, who is a starting QB in his Colts league, thinks Sanchez is a great player ( I know, I know :-) ), but he thinks Tebow is a great person.

Yep. He and everyone already knows he'll never be the typical or maybe even untypical QB but give him the ball in something like a running wildcat or option formation and he'll get yards.

Tebow will be fine. It does look he is bulking up to be the option QB (but probably more running than throwing). Hopefully, he is working as much on his accuracy as he is on beefing up.

Hmm...I see more Tony Mandarich.

Marinovich didn't fail because he was too buff...he failed because Marv f'd up his head. Mandarich on the other hand got so huge he couldn't move properly. Although I don't think Teboner will have that problem.
