What's the WORST thing you did when you were a kid???
Nothing, I had a Latino Father who was a Master at Belt-F U and a Mother who was a 7th degree master of Chancletas, Kneeling on Rice was not cool in my book............I knew better.

Punched out my best friend and chipped his front tooth. I never got to apologize to him as an adult either, he died at 30.
Man...what a bummer.
I went through almost the same exact thing...except that my former buddy is still alive. That happened as teens...I didn't see him for about a decade after that...then I bumped into him at a softball league tournament (I was on one team, he was on another)...we just nodded to each other from a distance...and that was that...we didn't even play against each other...kinda sad.
One...I was in the second grade...and I got in a fight with a girl who was a year older (third grader)...and she beat the living crap outta me...she was one tough chick...the last thing I remember...she grabbed me by the hair with one hand...and pummeled me in the stomach with the other...it was horrible...lol.
Second...I was about 13 or so...and I stole a Penthouse magazine from the rack in a liquor store (I was there to get a soda and some chips)...I tucked it under my jacket...I was so nervous...but you know...them bloody teenaged hormones...lol. I of course...used it only to read the articles...
Oh...I almost forgot...in the eight grade...I placed a thumbtack on the English teacher's chair...and well..the result was not pretty...I got caught...detention after school for the next couple of weeks...ouch (no pun intended)...lol.
Also, during summer school (I was about 15 or so)...I pulled away a chair just before a girl was about to sit on it...she fell hard (and started crying)...and I immediately felt horrible...and yeah...I got punished for that one as well...that was the beginning of me changing my ways for the better...so after that...I never did those kinda stupid things...oh wait...I did...then I reached party age (17 and up)...you know...booze, drugs, girls, and rock n' roll...
I see your Parents were also Masters of the fine art of whupass.......
You know it...
My mom was more terrifying to me than my dad though.
My dad would belt me a couple of times on the butt...you know...about two to three good strikes...but that was it...and the deed was done.
But my mom, bless her little heart...she would yell at top of her lungs...and give me coscorrones/coscorronazos on the head (pulling hair too)...that was worst...I hated that...I'd prefer my dad's belt...lol.
However...it was never excessive...for the last time my dad belted me...was when I turned 13...then after that...he would just lecture me...my mom stopped pretty early too...except for the yelling...
P.S. When I lived in Mexico from ages 7-14...them Mexican teachers back in the 70s...oh boy...they were sadistic creatures...my parents had nothing on them...if I ever see them again (if they are still alive)...I'm gonna trip them over their walking canes...or push their wheelchairs over a cliff...

My Dad Just showed me his belt and that was enough for me....I had a friend was was always in trouble. man he was bad, one day his pop just layed out a whole bunch of Belts and said since you like to get in trouble you pick the belt you want to get hit with.......lol! He said he made the mistake of picking the thin belt. I said NO!!! you jackass! pick the big thick belt, it won't sting as much as the thin one....he said I know I chose wrong......
I went to Catholic school.....got my *** handed to me by the Nuns.......
I think they train with shaolin Monks......lol
My worst one was when i was 17 my parents went out to Billings Montana so my dad could fly fish for 6 weeks. Well they had just gotten a new car about 4 months earlier and i was left at home along with the car. So being the kid i still was i beat the living hell out of that car for 5 weeks. My plan was to have anything i did fixed by the time they got back. So in my brilliance i took it to my parents trusted mechanic. Why i thought he would fix it without telling my parents i don't know. Well one night me and my best friend were out drinking and driving and we drove through a cornfield. I remember my dad asking me how the $%%#^%^^$%$%$ the corn stalks got under the car. Apparently there was a ton of them stuck under there when his mechanic put the car on the lift. So when he filled my dad in on all the damage, he also mentioned that. We also ruined the ebrake. Same friend used to also get a kick out of yanking the ebrake whenever he felt like it. We were lucky back then. A lot more lucky than smart that's for sure. Still remember most of that summer though..
I got into it big time with the neighbor kid on the next farm.., about when we were 7 or 8.
We always were friends, but one day, he just kept teasing me, being really rude, so we chased each other around his farm, and I found a board and hit him with it. 'Course, little did I know it had a nail in it, which got him in the eye. We didn't get sued or anything (unlike nowadays..), but he had to wear glasses after that.
Felt pretty bad, but my parents obviously were very angry. It didn't seem to last long, but as you all know, it was terrible to go through. Then of course it came out the next day in kindergarten. I was made to feel like a heal all over again in front of the class.
I don't know if it was the worst thing I ever did, but when I think of it now, I really feel guilty about it.
When I was about 4 years old, I locked our elderly housekeeper, Charlene, out of my parents house when my mom was away. She bribed me with a dollar to let her back in. I took the dollar and my parents never found out about it until years later. She would also give me a dollar every now and then to let her watch her "stories" (soap operas) on TV.
At that age, I had no concept of the value of money or how much she needed those dollars. She offered and I took it.
She retired when I was about 6 years old, and when I was in my teens, she told my mom about what I did — just as a funny story — when we were visiting her on one Christmas Eve. I had forgotten about doing that until she told the story. Man, I felt horrible. Still do 30 years later.
