Posi Rear Auto Expert Question

So ... I wanna convert my Camaro over to a Posi Rear .... What do I need to get it done ?

I seen a 10 Bolt Locker ... , and then a Spline ... so I thought I would need those 2 things ... Any info would be appreciated.
