The one closest to use was turned into a Poor Folks restaraunt.Stayed like that for several years,untill they got closed down,Now its a car lot.

They are still around here. I know of 4 right off the top of my head, including the one in town. Some people know them as Big Boy. And it's still crowded at breakfast.

I used to love Shoney's breakfast buffet -- especially their biscuits and gravy

My local one closed down about 20 years ago.

Just wondering if they're still around somewhere ?
