I remember sending some pictures of me and my brother made up like zombies to Forrest J Ackerman and his magazine "Famous Monsters".

I got back an autographed drawing of him made up like Frankenstein.

It said "Beast Witches to Mark from Forrest J Ackerman".

Still have it.

I have an autographed photo of Judy Garland and 7 sepertate signed photos of some of the actors/actresses who played the Munchkins

I would love to get something like that for my daughters.

I love collecting Autographs but It has to be signed by the person in front of me and It has to be personally signed for me.I've never had a problem with taking pics with the celebrity they've never charged me for that.

I used to get autographs at various NY/NJ collectable shows a few years back, but I always wanted to take a picture with the celeb, too. Now, they have raised their prices, plus want an extra fee to take a picture with you. So, I have really cut down my autograph buying.
