Yum! Just had some a few weeks ago. Every year I wait for our silly, local, Tulip Festival just so I can have oliebollen. I have my great, great grandmother's recipe box and should make her recipe someday.and oliebollen (kinda like a doughnut) with powdered sugar

dulce de leche for sureEspecially when some churro vendors squeeze different fillings in them...like chocolate, vanilla cream, custard, fruit jams...or my favorite, dulce de leche (caramel)...

Wow those look really tasteyOut of those two: cotton candy
Other than that I like poffertjes (Dutch delicacy, basically tiny pancakes, but thicker) with powdered sugar
churros
and oliebollen (kinda like a doughnut) with powdered sugar

I don't think I can choose between the two. I think both are great!

Out of the two...cotton candy wins hand down. A caramel apple puts up a fight but candy apples just don't do it.Leave a comment:

with the apples I was just always scared I was going to crack or lose a tooth
but they do taste awesome
