IMHO, spiderrogue should be the one to try to sell the custom Mr. Freeze and Boba Fett head and refund you the money that he get's for them. To start.

It sounds like too much time has passed for a Paypal dispute, but I would try. See if Paypal has any other channels for you to go through. What would happen if you sent Matt a Paypal bill?

Agreed....I'm not really one to dis someone else's custom work but that Mr. Freeze is not that good of a custom...
in fact, I do believe Matt has been trying to unload that for quite some time, like almost two years in fact:

(Matt has since taken down pics in one of his hissy fits...) So obviously it's not that great if he still has it
and you'd be stuck with a lemon, Eric, if you accepted that in lieu of getting your suits.

I think it's crappy that this guy was CONSTANTLY soliciting for custom suit commissions and now can't come
through with the goods.

You might have to chalk this up as "lesson learned" Eric and move on....

I don't know how much Matt charges for suits, or how complicated the ones were that you ordered, but do you think that Mr. Freeze will go for enough to get your money back? I don't generally buy/sell customs, so I don't have a sense of how much people will pay for them. But I've seen figures I think are great go for less than what I think the customizer's time/effort was worth. I personally don't think the Mr. Freeze custom is all that great - not a personal attack, just pointing it out for discussion. If if doesn't sell for much or not at all, then you essentially have nothing, unless this is a figure you'd want for yourself. It's better than nothing, but depending on what it's worth to you, maybe not by much.

Yeah but Hector I been attempting this project off and on since 2008 and saw that he comissioned suits for customs and others where happy.So I had a good feeling that I wouldn't get shafted.I have almost everything of the Fett but not into that freeze looking custom.I really just want what I paid for for thats all. Take the Freeze custom and sell it, with the money you can hire someone else to do the suits you wanted. Leitner is cheap and does top notch quality stuff

I'd tell him money or suits, what the heck are you going to do with a 12 inch custom? He does have a habit of doing this, I paid him for a bunch of bodies once. Weeks went by and I asked him about it. He spent the money and didn't have cash to ship me the stuff for another week. Finally got stuff I paid for after getting slightly ugly with him.

Of course it does but what do you do....I just being polite to him and asking refund .....but this and but that is what I keep hearing.I had asked for delivery conformation and never given me so.I really didn't want this thread to take off but just for others to know on who to watch out on thats all.
