Cant remember name of a toy line from KB Toys
Okay . I've seen parts of them customized as they are Mego sized. They were very Ban Dai like. I saw them at K B toys on clearance in the 1990s.
They were robots or guys in robotic suits. They had partial removable armor and might have been differentlly themed. Military , police etc.
The distinguishing feature is they had metal hinged plates on the backs of thier forearms and each came with a briefcase that had a weapon in it which would attach to the arm an be locked in by the metal plate.
They were boxed.Very early Power Rangers like in thier construction.
Have no idea what they were called .
