Good topic, Ive also thought about this, what about the years from 2000 till now, the zero decade? 0,10,20 etc., on the other hand this decade will be "the tens"

LOL! I've thought about this in the past and just decided that it would simply be the same way we refer to 1900-1919...we don't. Actually, come 2020, there would officially be two 20s anyway so then comes the issue (at least for our generation born in the 1900s that will actually live through two of these century marks) which does the term "20s" then refer to? 1920-1929 or 2020-2029?
