Oh wow..........one of the best character actors ever -- T.K. Carter has died. I was such a huge fan of his growing up! I absolutely loved him in "Seems Like Old times" with Chevy Chase and Goldie Hawn. He was also in the brilliant film "Southern Comfort" with Powers Boothe. He was also in arguably one of the greatest SCI-FI films ever -- John Carpenter's "The Thing." He was just fantastic as the roller-skating cook "Nauls." While he did many, many other films, and was in shows like "Punky Brewster" "The Jeffersons" and "Good Times" his ability to play both comedy and drama was just magnificent. Always an underrated actor, he leaves behind a lot of really, really good memories. He will be missed. T.K was 69.
