Ok so we all have plans for what we do after we win a lottery. And not a Shirley Jackson style lottery either. Comic book store/ Sandwich shops called All the Heroes; a gourmet French Fry diner and karaoke bar called B Sides… all great ideas
My plan is Camp Hellawi. It’s the summer camp from 1959 we saw on tv growing up on old shows and kept hoping we would go to as kids in the 70s and 80s. It’s the camp from the Movie Meatballs and Friday the 13th. It’s all the activities that seemed dangerous without having to be too concerned about safety since it isn’t kids. It’s geared toward adults who should know better. Maybe two weeks of it could be parent child camp. Campfires and canoes and color wars between different cabins. Bad food and awful accommodations. Tents. Paintball fights food fights. Lanyard weaving and archery. Singalongs a Sleepaway Camp Murder Mystery Theatre.
June is a one month camp and July is two 14 day camps and August is four one week camps. Poison Ivy mandatory.
