    Wow!!

Thanks a million for posting that ad TA!!

Great way to see all of the posters that they offered!! Hard to believe they all sold for $3.00 shipped back then!

The one thing I am confused about is that there seem to be some significant differences in the Batman poster image I posted (sent to me by a friend), and the one pictured in this ad.

The Bat-Signal behind The Batman seems totally different, and it seems to be missing the diagonal light beam that appears in my posted image.

Also, it's hard to tell from such a small image, but it looks as though the ears on the cowl are a bit different... almost like curved devil horns.

I wonder if The Batman poster existed in two variants, or if it was re-released later with altered artwork or something (accounting for the differences)???

No matter... these are still awesome posters.

Wow Scott, that's a nice accomplishment! I'm jealous. Not the clearest pic but you get the point.

"Eat your heart out" is right, Hue!

I love Alex Ross' Batman art, but does not compare to this piece (in my opinion.)

Thanks for the Thought Factory lead, Mike. I think you may be onto something.

And Thanks so much for posting the Superman image, KW! It looks awesome!

This is so exciting! I haven't seen these images since I was 10 years old!

Does anyone else have any images that they can post of any of the other Thought Factory Superhero posters from the 1970's? Spidey? The Hulk? Captain America? Wonder Woman? Shazam?

Gee... it's too bad Drew Struzan never painted Robin The Boy Wonder for this set of posters.

The name "ThoughtFactory" or "Thought Factory" keeps coming to mind.

You might want to investigate that company name as the posssible maker of these posters.

Dude, these posters rock. My favorite set of posters. I have the compete set of 8 (Bats, Supes, WW, Shazam, Spidey, Cap, Thor, Hulk).

I had Batman as a kid (I think I got it at K-mart). I saw them advertised in Heroes World catalogs as well. I found Spidey at FX and the rest on ebay. Took me years to find them all, and yes, they are pricey.
