I've been teaching a fitness oriented kickboxing class for a few years now, and I can honestly say given the folks that I see come in and out of the gyms I work out at on a regular basis, that you are a very very rare case indeed when it comes to the small percentage that can turn things around so radically.

Keep up the good work. You are an inspiration to us all.

Man Dave, that's really great. Congratulations. Anyone who doesn't think that's a lot of weight, go find something that weighs 65 lbs and carry it around for a few minutes. You'll change your mind in no time. Awesome job. You look great, and thanks for not posting any nudes for Hector. Stories like this are inspiring. I am 6'2" a size 36, 197lbs, and have vowed to never go over that. Lost about 7lbs since I got back into working out, and while I don't need to lose a lot, it's easier to maintain than to suddenly find out you need to drop a ton.
