Farting, why do men find it funny!?

For most guys, there is a part of us that never gets past grade school. For some reason there is a part of our brain that gets stuck there and 11 year old behavior creeps out now and again.

for me it's not so much the fart ... just how sometimes they slip out ... I'm not a big fan of the force it out and laugh. But here's what happened to my and my nieces ... we come out of the theater and we here a bbbuffffffftttttttt ... I tought it was the little kid in front of my niece ... until I heard his grandma say excuse me ... that was funny. wouldn't have been as funny if she had not said anything or if it was the kid. So for me it's not the fart, but the whole story about the fart.

Being a man myself, I have to say that it depends on the situation for me. A friend of mine farts ALL the time no matter where he is. He even farts when there are ladies present which is something I would never do if I can help it. Sometimes a fart just sounds funny to me and I have to laugh. I try never to fart in a professional setting like work unless it's in the bathroom. I think farts are funny but not all of the time. Sometimes I find them disgusting, rude, or uncalled for. Like most things, there is a time for farting and a time not to fart in my opinion. Why are some of them funny? I don't know. Maybe it's the randomness. Alot of it is the situation for me though.

A friend farting loudly in church? Not funny to me.

A friend farting loudly during a long pause in conversation? Hilarious.

But I find your Story,.. very funny & I didn't even get to hear The Fart. .

A Fart is funny.
& No Appologises are needed imo...,.. Unless perhaps it Flys at the Dinner Table,.. or it just Stinks too Damn Bad..., But those Rules only Apply if The Fart in Question is Not your Own.

I was feeling kinda depressed tonight so I thought I'd cheer myself up by making a quick run to Wallyworld and grab me a DVD.

Okay, so, there I was walking through the electronics department and as I walked by two male sales clerks, one of them farts really loud. They then just start laughing hysterically. No apology, no excuse me, nothing. The guy that farted actually starts bragging about it to the other clerk. I was offened, angry and disgusted. But I am not about to stand in the stench and ask the two idiots what their problem is so quickly left the store. I actually heard the two guys still laughing as I was leaving.

Let me say, it did nothing for my mood.

So, what the Hell is the matter with men!? How is farting funny? Seriously? What's the problem!?
