What do you call your Grandmother ?

All my grandparents had died before i was born so i never got to call them anything.

When they were alive Mom's side = Granny Dad's side = Grandma

My kids call my Mom Granny (carry on the tradition) and my wife's mom is Grandma.

Father's side it was Grandma & Grandpa. Mother's side it was CoCo & PawPaw.

My kids call theirs (mine) Grandmama & Grandpa and (wifes) Nana & Granddad.

Va-Vo Portuguese for Grandmother. She was the coolest person and the greatest cook. My Dad's mom died 3 months after I was born so that side never materialized. I'm the oldest of all the grandkids so I was the only one she ever got to see from her 6 kids. Lost both of them to cancer.

Just had an interesting conversation with someone about the many different names people call their grandmothers.

I always called my grandmother "nana"
