Youtube is losing money. Web advertising click counters are fraudulently inflated by teams of people hired for pennies to click ad banners thousands of times a day.
How about this for an idea...
5 dollars from every web subscriber is used to set up their viewing allowance. All of the web sites or domains that they visit every month share that 5 dollars proportionately. If you only visit one single website, they get the whole kitty.
If you make 79 percent of your visits to Minnie Mouse's house of unususual delights, they get 79 percent of that fin.
Not that anybody would do anything like this.
