Some dopey teenager actually stuck his tongue to our flagpole at work the other day. It was about 10 degrees outside. It wasn't pretty. He couldn't even speak after and was bleeding pretty badly. Somehow, nobody felt any sympathy for him, even though a huge crowd gathered to watch the festivities. We had a police officer on duty at the time and even he lost it when he found out.
