The whole change over reminds me of a computer software changeout we did at work last year. We went from ALEC II Computer Aided Dispatch to the Total Enforcement CAD system. Every task was differnt. Every module ran and looked completely differently. For a month before the switch, all the dispatchers were required to log into both systems and input all calls into both systems. It was kinda weird but by the time of the switchover, we were fairly well versed in it. A year later, it is second nature.
