Modern Bagged Comic Surprise

I was on vacation with my family a week ago and happened to stop in an Ollie's closeout store. They have a section of bagged comics and while I usually don't find anything I'd actually buy, it's fun looking.

I was greatly surprised to see this included in a bag with issues of Archie and The New Mutants. The books are fine, but the annual is gold.
