I read someone talking about how the perfect ending for "Suicide Squad" would have been for the team to battle Starro and just before it dies... like right after Harley gets the javelin in its eye... Superman zooms in and punches it once. Starro falls down. Then the public cheers how Superman saved the day.

That cameo kind of gave me the same kind of vibes.

Just found out that James Gunn and the actress who plays Harcourt are engaged. Congrats to them! (Also learned that Gunn's ex-wife is Jenna Fischer from the Office)

Lucky guy. She would make a great Black Canary. I know the DCEU already has one, but she reminded me a lot of her in that last fight with Judomaster.

I could have sworn towards the end of James Gunn DC Comics Peacemaker that Adrian Chase a.k.a. Vigilante was going to die & Emilia Harcourt was going to take up to mantle, but Adrian survived Peacemaker season 1 somehow.

She looks the part, but the way the story unfolded, I can't see Harcourt caring enough about Vig to take up that role. She tolerated him at best.

I was going to say, I didn't remember seeing Batman or Cyborg. Cavill's stand in looks a LOT like him.

The show was fine but I honestly am disappointed that its getting a season 2 while there being no new Suicide Squad movie or series...

Yeah we got two movies already but they both seemed to be low key compared to what the Suicide Squad could've been. The first movie had solid comic accurate Suicide Squad members but terrible acting and script while the second have the feel of a Suicide Squad movie without all the amazing characters that could've been like Bronze Tiger, Killer Frost, Poison Ivy, Copperhead, Black Spider, etc.

I still think the Assault on Arkham cartoon movie was amazing and I wanted to see something like that for live action.

I would LOVE to see in season Sarge Steel take over as the leader on Peacemakers crew along with a few other Charlton characters to pop up.
