Howabout a Flash/Legends Hour cartoon on CW?

I'd love to see a JL/JLU caliber cartoon version of the current CW shows Flash and Legends of Tomorrow using both cast's voices. No fx budget concerns anymore! Let the Legends have proper time traveling action set pieces and Gustin and company can go nuts with parallel Earth's and time wraiths and Savitar etc!
Imagine Firestorm, Steel,the Atom and Vixen in all their comic book animated glory! (maybe even bring back Shayera from JL?)
