New pics are much better. Still needs some work. Shin guards need to go...they make his lower leg look swollen. Not liking the large clasps of the cape...they need to move it back flush with his neckline, and why is the red on the "S" shield so much duller than the cape? They should be the same color.

I think it's all scale. I want to see him next to Supergirl for perspective. My wife has always been a Hoechlin fan, so I've been forced to sit through some of his stuff. He is a very well built and athletic fella. That first photo did not do him justice. Those new photos look much better.

I'm still going to stick with the "Morrissey is Superman" angle though!

Those are better shots, E2C, thanks for posting them. He's looking much more like Superman in these, although I do agree that he could use maybe another ten pounds of muscle. The hair looks much better and it's good to know that Clark knows how to use a razor! LOL! Now I'm left wondering why a virtually indestructible man would need---shin guards. Hmmmm....

The word is that the body is not Hoechlin's...that his head was photoshopped into some else's body...the hair also seems to be an add on.

Hoechlin test screened with a quick makeshift suit...but not on that suit that's in the publicity photo.

Kinda suspecting that's the case...as Hoechlin is a pretty ripped dude in his own right...that Supes body looks like a skeleton.
