I Only read the Main story from my nephews trade of it. It was Ok. I did like the Batman in that story and Flash and Cyborg were good. I would recomend reading it, not necessarily owning it. -
The Batman flashpoint is definitely worth it... Some great twists and turns. Particularly the unique batman and joker relationship. Something we've never seen before that is emotionally devastating and heartbreaking. The 100 bullets team was firing on all cylinders on this one.

It's an OK story, but nothing special, IMO. I don't think you will hate it, but you really haven't missed anything if you don't read it either.
If you are big fan of Kubert, it might be worth it.
I thought the Batman mini series that went along with it was better than the main book as was the Wonder Woman and Aquaman minis. They told the same basic story but from different vantage points.Leave a comment:

I think a line in the sand has been established. Half hate it half like it. I'm right back where I started.Leave a comment:

Weather you like the New 52 or not...Flash Point is an excellent(stand alone)story! I recommend buying it.
I didn't buy every book...just the main book, issues 1-6

Flashpoint TPB?
If I approach this book as an Elseworlds story, how good is this? I know this was the catalyst for the Crap 52, but it looks pretty well done with Kubert artwork. Taken as a singular story is this worth it? I've got some Amazon vouchers to cash in and am in search of reading material. What's the general consensus?Tags: None
