That IS sweet! Now I wouldn't mind seeing a period piece BATMAN on the big screen in that kind of outfit and a limitation on gadgets and armor....!

What I dream is the next Batman movies, were a Trilogy of Batman Elseworlds type stories instead of a normal Batman movie......

Ditto on that one. You have to remember, BATMAN was largely born from the seeds of pulp characters like Doc Savage, The Shadow, The Spider and, of course, Zorro. None of the "modern" takes on his first appearance seem to be able to capture that connection...

He is a Kinda pieced together character that Kane swiped from other sources, but History now shows that Kane was a Hack and the true genius was Bill Finger and many other greats that worked under Kane.
