Punisher's got some good moody art. Rucka seems to be using Garth Ennis' device of not actually using the Punisher as the central character, but two police detectives following his wake. Minus the comedy.
Waid is certainly an interesting choice on Daredevil given the gritty crime/noir guys that have been handling the character the past few years.
