surprised Arsenal's hat isn't backwards. Nothing says 90's retcon like a backwards hat to go along with the ink. THis whole sorta reboot is getting more idiotic looking all the time. -
Ok ...,
I am not really certain what the Hell the Point of the Shoulder Colar thing is.
But the Rest of the Suit ..., is really Close Enough for Me with the Character It would pass in My Book ... But the Whole thing Looks like the Ripped off the White Queen New Suit, Minus the Cape.
I am a bit Interested in this Book ..., With the Six Gone .., This Might give me what I need, somewhat... And I do personally like Todd.
However, I don't understand What Happened to StarFire, that She would run around with Todd to begin with ..., Roy, Sure... But I am sorta Confused. ... Which is pretty much an Understatement I know, with this New Whole Direction OF DC.Last edited by BlackKnight; Jul 12, '11, 12:37 AM.Leave a comment:

It's doubtful Warners will try to launch a $100 million + movie based on Starfire, so it doesn't really matter how DC costumes her. Wonder Woman's a different story, although I firmly believe the original suit is the way to go if a movie ever gets further than the scripting stage.Leave a comment:

I like her animated Teen Titans outfit best. This is too funny.
Do you suppose that the relaunch will reveal that we're really reading Bizzaro DC Comics?Leave a comment:

I liked gabzilla-z's commet on the blog:
Cause DC is showing us that they care about their heroines by covering their shoulders. While showing as much cleavage as possible. Boobs are awesome, but this is ridiculousLeave a comment:

I've never minded Starfire showing a lot of skin, but that thing on her shoulders looks ridiculous. I do agree that after DC wanted to give WW a more practical costume, this is just weird.Leave a comment:

Nothing wrong with appreciating the female form, Bat. I, too, like it. Just think how it would look if someone decides to cosplay it (provided they have the figure to pull it off, anyway)....!
And I don't even mind sounding like a dirty middle-aged man! I fella's gotta have his (less than dry) dreams, don't he?Leave a comment:

As a HUGE Phoenix fan, I always had a soft spot for our fiery-haired princess from----whatever the heck the name of her planet was----and one of the things I always loved was George Perez's design for her costume. Felt very much like a throwback to the the risque and, yeah, even sometime ridiculous, costumage the ladies on ST:TOS wore, but it was still classy and looked like it might afford her some small measure of protection (hate getting those nipples singed in a firefight!) as well as some small measure of modesty (although, if memory serves, Koriandar never really did understand the human tendency to cover up what God gave ya!).
That new suit tho' is just----silly. As Kory's---ahem---assets have gotten larger, her asset protection has gotten smaller and smaller, but apprarently STILL has the really cool ability to defy gravity....Leave a comment:

So... Starfire is wearing pretty much pasties and a thong and Wondy's classic iconic look was too revealing and impractical for DC. Ok...
DC Women Kicking *** - Cover and solict for October "Red Hood and the Outlaws"
I know Starfire's suits always tended to be on the revealing side but, come on, that's just silly.Tags: None
