Three of her powers come from Hermes...the mail carrier of the Greek gods...please...lol.
Captain Marvel has ZEUS (mmm, remember him? The KING and BOSS of all the Greek gods...lol) and HERCULES (the STRONGEST and most POWERFUL of the Greek Olympians) in him...game over...
WW is stronger than Hercules. So yes she can kick big red's butt.
Superhuman Strength: Granted by Demeter (Goddess of the Earth). Diana is literally as strong as the Earth because of her link to the planet granted to her by Demeter.
Wonder Woman is known to be one of the strongest beings in the DCU, generally shown to be nearly in the same class as Superman himself and to physically over-match other beings such as Supergirl without too much effort. She is considered to be the strongest superheroine in the world. After Superman, she is the strongest superhero in the DCU. She has godlike strength and also invulnerability due to her aegis-made shield magic bracelets.
Superhuman Durability: Granted by Demeter (Goddess of the Earth). Diana, possesses a high resistance to damage and magical attacks
Flight: Granted by Hermes (God of Messengers). Wonder Woman is capable of unassisted flight through an as yet unknown but probably magical means or through telekenisis.
Superhuman Speed: Granted by Hermes (God of Messengers). She is able to think, react and move at superhuman speeds.
Superhuman Reflexes: Granted by Hermes (God of Messengers).
Superhuman Agility: Wonder Womans's agility is far beyond that of even an olympic level athlete, as is her balance and coordination.
Superhuman Stamina: Wonder Woman can last a great deal of time in any fight and with virtually anyone. She has held her own in combat with foes as powerful as a Doomsday clone. She doesn't tire out, as her body produces no lactic acids in her muscles.
Enhanced Healing Factor: Granted by Demeter (Goddess of Earth). Like the Earth, Diana is constantly renewing herself, allowing her to quickly heal mild to moderate injuries at an amazing rate. Her normal regenerative abilities allow her to recover from injury within seconds to minutes. She possesses an incredible immunity from poisons, toxins, as well as disease.
Do I need to go on?

Come on...you truly think Wonder Woman rates higher than this?
Yes.
From her bio on DC wikia

No...I'd rate Captain Marvel on a par with Supes...perhaps higher due to him possessing magical powers as well...a BIG weakness for the big blue boyscout.
Come on...you truly think Wonder Woman rates higher than this?
Captain Marvel's powers:
S...for the wisdom of Solomon. As Captain Marvel, Billy has instant access to a vast amount of scholarly knowledge, including most known languages and sciences. He has exceptional photographic recall and mental acuity allowing him to read and decipher hieroglyphics, recall everything he has ever learned and solve long mathematical equations. He also has a great understanding of divine phenomenon in the mortal world. The wisdom of Solomon also provides him with counsel and advice in times of need. In early Captain Marvel stories, Solomon's power also gave Marvel the ability to hypnotize people. (Solomon is the only figure in the list not taken from Greco-Roman mythology.)
H...for the strength of Hercules. Hercules' power grants Captain Marvel immense superhuman strength, making him one of DC Comics' most physically powerful characters; he is able to easily bend steel, punch through walls, and lift massive objects, (including whole continents like South America). In the comics, this strength has evolved in parallel to that of Superman.
A...for the stamina of Atlas. Using Atlas' stamina, Captain Marvel can withstand and survive most types of extreme physical assaults, and heal from them. Additionally, he does not need to eat, sleep, or breathe and can survive unaided in space when in Captain Marvel form. Pre-Crisis, it gave him invulnerability.
Z...for the power of Zeus. Zeus' power, besides fueling the magic thunderbolt that transforms Captain Marvel, also enhances Marvel's other physical and mental abilities, and grants him resistance against all magic spells and attacks. Marvel can use the lightning bolt as a weapon by dodging it and allowing it to strike an opponent or target. The magic lightning has several uses, such as creating apparatus, restoring damage done to Marvel, and acting as fuel for magic spells. If Billy is poisoned, for example, transforming will enable him to survive.(Captain Marvel Adventures #8) It can also turn other Marvels back by striking them. It aids interdimensional travel at the Rock of Eternity.
A...for the courage of Achilles. This aspect gives Captain Marvel the courage of Achilles. In the Trials of Shazam! miniseries, this was changed to the Greek hero's near invulnerability. It also aids Captain Marvel's mental fortitude against most mental attacks.
M...for the speed of Mercury. By channeling Mercury's speed, Captain Marvel can move at superhuman speeds and fly, although in older comics he could only leap great distances. This also gives Marvel the ability to fly to the Rock of Eternity by flying faster than the speed of light.
Yeah she is a major powerhouse in the DCU....I'd rank 'em as:
1) Superman
2) Captain Marvel
3) Wonder Woman
I'd rate WW a bit over Capt Marvel. Wonder Woman is a higher skilled fighter than both of them but isn't as strong as Sups. So he is still tops by far.
If Batman ever went batspit crazy and WW had to take him down she'd be able to do it even if had his belt and gear. She has near god like strength and invulnerability without Sup's Kryptonite achilles heel for Batman to exploit. She could literally tear apart the Batmobile and rip Bruce out of it's crumpled shell and beat him senseless. She'd actually have to be careful to pull her punches to not turn him into a fine batty mist.
