Crime Patrol #2.
After a great start with " The Deadly Grease Monkey" followed by a nice "good girl" 'The Alibi' we get :
" Igor the Archer: The Fable of the Flying Dutchman"
Igor is a russian crimefighter . But he never actually uses an arrow. The villian is The Octopus. Who looks like an Alien but doesnt have any powers. It just goes downhill from there.
I know it was an early story. I dont have my other Crime patrols handy but I dont remeber ever reading about Igor or the Octopus before.
Last story in the issue is "the Kissing Killer' pretty good gangster stuff.
