Why DC needs to publish the 1982 Style Guide

DC is publishing a series of variant covers using artwork from the 1982 Style Guide by Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez (Praised Be His Name). No better time than to ask DC to finally give fans an opportunity to own this fabled volume at an affordable price!

It really is surprising that there hasnt been some kind of official book put out by now.
At one time, I had a lot of those Mayfair games DC RPG books and I know quite a lot of that Garcia Lopez style guide art showed up in there (mostly in b&w). That was actually the only reason I held onto them for so long.

Yes, the Mayfair books were great for that. I have a set of coloring books from the 80s that use a lot of the art, but I would love to have an official release with all the images.
