    Amen!
Let's create an island where only vintage comics exists.
The comics greats will reside on this island with us, and draw new (but vintage) comics every day for us.

And when those guys from Lost crashland, we'll just boot them off our patch.
Except maybe Hurley. He'd totally fit in....

Marvel has gotten so desperate now they have to revisit failed storylines? Wow I'm speechless.

Apparrently DC thinks Image is worth something...or they wouldn't have bough the Company.
DC bought Wildstorm. And since the early 80's the creators for hire do get a cut off of characters they are credited to have created when they are used in other stuff like movies and toys. Byrne even gets a cut every time Kitty Pryde is used elsewhere. Image was formed as a pure egostroke nothing more. If they wanted to do creator ownded stuff there were plenty of other publishers out there.

I dunno if I'd agree; considering when he was working for Image HE left his own book fairly early on! They ALL did! Kinda made me think the problem wasn't being held back artisticly, it was not getting a cut of the cash. Period.

I think the dream WAS the money, and if DC antes up, so much the better.

You'll probably be better off cancelling your subscription now anyway...Typical bait and switch tactics, people subscribe to Wolverine and now you give them something else.
Shades of switching Incredible Hulk to Incredible Hercules....
funny, I just put in a cancel/transfer the subscription over to Wolverine Weapon X, I had just renewed that book too. Funny I bought a subscription to the Spiderwoman series that was supposed to start in April, #1 is finally listed in Sept solicitations
