I respect your opinion...but disagree. I think He makes an EXCELLENT Olie Queen, and could easily carry His own Series.

Not sure how we got into tv series instead of comics but a Kamandi series would be cool. A series would be better than a movie because they could travel across the land like they did in the comic and see all the different creatures.

Didn't they already have a show like that a few years back? I can't recall the name of it.

^^^Marvel and DC tried it in the mid eighties. The weekly anthology worked pretty good, but now the same book would probably cost 10 bucks a week.

    >Also would like to see the return of an REAL anthology title

That would be FANTASTIC 'cos then they could do some experimenting: new characters, new genres, give some of the forgottten and oddball characters some play. Problem is, I don't think the Big-Two-and-a-Half could do it cost effectively. You work with the assumption that anyone buying it will do so for ONE of the features, and maybe read the rest. It's not value-intensive for a reader to shell out $4+ for maybe 10 pages of story. Instead, there's a tendency to load the bases by filling an anthology with big names; which kinda negates the point. They USED to do it in the 70's/early 80's, but comics were priced pretty low back then. (Even considering inflation.)

Didn't they do an episode in the 50's where Cesar "haunted" Perry?

I'm big into anything DC did in the 70's. I'm nearing the end of reading DC Comics Presents right now. Just finished the Bizarro issue. Very stark differences between many characters back then and their current versions. I can think of a lot of chrcaters I would like to see get new series but a lot of them already came true and severely disappointed me so I'd rather enjoy the versions I remember than see them get trashed.
Examples: Richard Dragon, latest Deadman, Unknown Soldier, recent Warlord, Uncle Sam/Freedom Fighters, Suicide Squad, Firestorm. I'm sure I could think of more if I had to. You get the idea.

I'd love to see the Joker get his own series again....ala the 70s short-lived run he had. But the character is pretty far removed from that version to go that route again. Wishful thinking though....I'd like to see him become the protagonist up against other villains. I like how he doesn't fit in with the other criminals...sort of how he was portrayed in "Justice" as well as "Infinite Crisis" with not being invited to join the Secret Society or the L.O.D.
