Is the sword blade plastic or rubber? I don’t think it came from mego but it does look familiar.

I have the new mego grim reaper. I don't like the way the red robe looks so I got a black one from classic TV toys.
So I didn't want to have a random robe laying around and got a little creative.
I got a Buffalo Bill Cody head a seven and a half inche body some black stretch pants and devil shoes.
I have no idea where the sword came from all I remember is that I've had it for at least ten years.
