Great group shot. I have never gotten a close look at those minis. Did you just pop the head off, or did you need to cast a duplicate?

It's a solid porcelain piece, so I had to carefully Dremmel off the head and drill a hole for the neck stem. My original plan was to mold and cast to root "real" hair, but I liked the look as is, so I left it.
