Remember when I shows the Universal Monsters card and said the background was created for another project? Well, this is it: Barbie Vampira.

Tough, tough because almost all the pictures available of Vampira on the net are small, black and white and not too good quality.

A search through the DVD of Plan 9 From Outer Space provided little in the way of good material as well (since many of the nice posing shots she had in that movie were a mid shot which didn't provide much quality for a headliner art for a box).

I finally found pictures of a Vampira statue and thought the slightly stylized look of it would look great as a basis for the art but before that for a while I was stuck about what to do for this box and not have it look like I pulled it out of my posterior.
