I used a vintage Excel Kojak head for my Luthor.

I did mine in 3D format. You have to think. This original suit was designed originally to have powers and protection back then. So it wouldn't look like cloth.

I used vinyl material, fabric paints and constructed all the cylinders and objects out of sculpey and painted them to match. He is very movable on all forms and looks really neat in real life. The camera does him no justice. I went with a bald Luthor head. Paul Clark gave me the head idea along time ago.

    I appreciate the input, guys.

I'd love to see that shrink, Austin. I thought Mightor's head was an enlarged Thor lol!

Bald Mr. F sounds cool as well, Anthony, but I'm using Reed for Two face & I hate to "repeat" too much. Still, I'll check Leitner's site, thanks!

For me bald Thor is best for Luthor.

I found a Mini bust of Spacey. It appears to be a promo from "BEST BUY." I think thats what was on the box. I trashed it as soon as I got home and was pleased to find the scale darn close to MEGO. The head/ neck is just glued on a square peg at the torso. The only negitive is his expression, Kinda placid for a villian.
