I have made some on my resin printer. I’m working on a communicator too. I’ll see if I can post a picture. I only have grey abs like, but thinking of trying to dye it.

Check eBay for Playmates Klingons. Their disrupters are perfectly scaled for Mego figures, and you can even find them in "Mego alien red."
