Does anyone make 1:6 heads for a reasonable price?

I've seen some customizers on here that do 1:6 figures and they sculpt and paint heads for 1:6 figures.I need a head sculpt of the shadow(Alec Baldwin)for a 12 inch figure and I need it for a good price.If you sculpt and paint heads for 12 inch figures let me know by pm and I'll send a picture of what I want.Thanks again to everyone on this message board for all your help.
