Problem is the head expands initially and the holes for the hair become too big and the hair falls out. Sometimes the head cracks from hole to hole almost a "connect-the-dots" type of effect, too.

    Head Shrink Question???

Hello, I have been shrinking a lot of heads here lately mostly 9in playmate Trek figures. Now I have headless 9in figures so I have been shrinking 90s 12in gi joes to go on the bodies and it works. My wife thinks I'm crazy Like a mad scientist LOL. I have 9in Worf but he has the rooted hair. So my question is what is gonna happen to the rooted hair? Has anyone ever done Worf before? I have done Kirk, Pike, Picard, Riker w/o beard, Sisko, Sulu, Scottie but he exploded, and a 9in Bruce Wayne. They look great and still have the squeezable head like megos. So if anyone out there has shrunk a Worf I need some input before I soak him since he is my favorite 9in. Thanks you guys are all awesome.
