art work for backer cards

OK...

are there templates for the backer cards, in partivular the
"olympic rings" that feature the five head shots on the front of each card?

while i wish i had photshop i'm using like three programs to design a couple of my own... so far so good... time consuming however.

those damned rings have me climbing the walls. how do you make them?
