    Star Trek Custom Outfit Needed

Wanting to make a custom of the Star Trek character Professor Crater from the episode, The Man Trap,
but I need help with the outfit, it’s basically a dark or charcoal gray color one piece baggy jumpsuit.

Wanted to ask if anyone can help me out or possibly recommend someone who can help me out?
the person I have used for custom outfits in the past is currently having health issues and is taking a long break from hobbies.

Thank you, always appreciate any help.

That picture is very purple looking. Checking online I saw a pics where it’s more of a gunmetal gray color. There are some AJ style coveralls that might work well enough for this. This really made me realize how terrible Prof Crater’s jumpsuit really is.

White Elephant Toyz has a olive jumpsuit that might work well if dyed.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

The actually picture I took from the trekcore website shows the outfit in the gunmetal gray color, this pic was taken off my cell phone and that’s how it came out for some weird reason?

I have in fact checked the AJ style coveralls but can’t find it in the color I need.

I agree about how awful looking that jumpsuit is, you would think someone working on a hot desert like planet would be wearing something more appropriate for the environment.

Thanks, I’ll check that out, although I’m not sure how good my dyeing skills are?

It's pretty easy to do on the stove top, simmering water in an old saucepan. I recall a gray jumpsuit, but I guess it's out of stock.

I was checking ebay and came across these…..the AJ jumpsuits could work but the zipper front kind of ruined the idea, the button front was better, but they don’t have it in the color I need. The Hannibal Lecter jumpsuit looked okay, but it’s the wrong color. POTA Conquest jumpsuits were close, but they didn’t come in the dark gray. Ghost Busters jumpsuits weren’t bad either, but again not the right color….so close but yet so far away.

Maybe look for an AT GI Joe body suit and cut an inch off the legs and sleeves and hem that up so the the fit is absolutely awful.

Well at this point it’s definitely something to think about.
