Masked Rider.
I was planning a custom Masked Rider figure...but than I realized there WAS an 8 inch Masked Rider figure released years ago by Bandai.
Unfortunately whatever they made the antennas out of are prone to breaking. I found one on ebay for a decent price but missing his weapon.
Very similar to the 8 inch Power Ranger figures from the same era.
