The Toyman!
Yeah he looks a bit like a demented Big Boy.  Real basic simple custom: Its a Pez head from Meet the Robinsons on a CTVT Cindy Brady body. Inspired by the Superman animated version of him, Timm and company really brought something twisted to the character. Pretty sure this leaves me with Grodd, Giganta and Riddler left for the Legion of Doom.

Fantastic!!! Altho the Schott version is my favorite Toyman, I like the animated version and you've done a great job! Cool accessories, too!
