Yes, all we ever saw of the Melkot was it's head. I'm not sure how you would card "mist" LOL
Seriously though I am working on an idea on how to achieve a workable effect, similar to the effect I am creating for the Companion, so stay tuned...

The Mist could be painted on the inside of the plastic that surrounds the head on the card.

How about a Mirror Universe Medusan ambassador Kollos. The box with a beard.. Just kidding
