How come no one answers e-mails or PM's

I placed an order from castaway and received it minus a belt , So I sent an e-mail letting them know about it , waited a bit and never heard back from anyone so I came on here and sent a PM to David and have been waiting but still nothing ...... Can someone tell me the secret to get an answer from someone without having to drag it through here publicly .... I just don't get it ...... Thanks , Roy

What e-mail address did you use? I responded to my order confirmation e-mail and received a response quickly.

If it was a yellow belt, I responded to the email on your order and sent the belt out. It's hard to match up the mego names and the order names. You can always send an email to [email protected] and I'll get you a reply. It may not be the same the day, but will be within a couple days. Thanks
