I got a pair and they were quite handy, but I also regularly use the CAW Bodies and love em. I can see why the biceps would be in high demand. Perhaps it hurts the sales of their bodies, but I'm all for having options. To me it's no different than having options on different hands or boot feet.

Perhaps sell em in sets of 5 or something as a mattel upgrade special.

It doesn't hurt the sale of the bodies. We just have to take complete bodies apart to sell the arms. Then we have a bunch of incomplete bodies laying around we can't sell. We offered the arms seperate because over the last couple of years we've ended up with bodies that were broken, so it made sense to take them apart and sell the arms. We're checking with the factory to see if they will just make the arms.

Good to hear. Catering to the true fans is also smart.
I know I will need more than 5 sets. I plan on utilizing them to upgrade ALL my customs.

Fingers crossed it will work out in the fac.

Out of curiosity, how do they take black dye?

That makes sense Jason. I don't mind buying the complete Body anyway.

If you can get just the arms, that's great! In all honesty I'm just too lazy to repaint some of my custom heads to match the new bodies.

if you get the factory to do just the arms you should also include standard hands with them-those arms have brought many useless ctvt figures to life again-it would be nice if you sold them seperate for customizers.

I like the arms for another reason besides the swivel. Since the shoulder balls are larger, they work on torsos that have their sockets worn or too large, where the arms get pulled inside by the rubber bands.

Feet would be a good part to sell as well. I know I have a lot of cracked and broken mego feet, that really could use replacements.

As for the rest, customizers are always on the lookout for parts. And if we can get the same vintage look without having to mutilate a vintage part...

Wow, it's a waste if you were breaking up bodies to just sell the arms. I hope the factory can provide you with a stock of just arms.

You should offer the rest of the body pieces at the store to try to recoup. Surely you could unload at least some of them for some price.

Like Jason said it was a re-coup measure, worked too

We simply made some lemonade out of our lemons... If we ca get them done and they make financial sense, you'll see them again...

                          Thanks David,
I definitely need more. I should have ordered more when I had the chance.
                          Thanks for a great product.

I would think there should be a great deal of demand for parts.
I know I have several cracked feet, torsos hands and arms from original megos.
You could easily recoup your total body sales from arms, torsos and feet alone I'd wager.
maybe even a leg or two...LOL
