Castaway order received

I finally received my order in the mail today plus a few extras, which I appreciate. I have to say that the Castaway items are indeed high quality and I am happy with them. That said, unless they can correct their problems in the area of customer service and email response I would think twice before placing any more orders.

i finally received my other phantom figure as well. but i agree, unless the communication improves i will think twice about ordering again. a simple email stating when things will be shipped is not asking too much.

Has anyone received their preorder FX Phantom (the one with the grey suit)? Mine has been showing up as canceled when I use the link Castaway provided after I ordered, so now I'm really nervous. I'm having the same problem as everyone else, with multiple e-mails to the customer service address, messages through their online form and even PMs here going unanswered. I'd feel a lot better if I even knew the status of my order -- am I waiting for one that doesn't even exist anymore?

I still have not received the Yellow Phantom uniform and head . I email them several times and got no answer. If I ran my company like this I wouldn't have any customers. I wanted 2 more Phantoms, I was going to order directly from castaway but my local comic book store had them so I bought from them. I ordered my Phantom last year and I want this deal closed. Come on Castaway answer my Emails

After reading these threads , you might want to find a way to get law enforcement involved or at best contact the BBB in that area. Might not help but maybe help close them down if it continues. I am so glad I didn't order the phantoms when I first saw them.
