Short answer: Yes and Yes

Long answer: Otto has been integral in the development of this project. Since I last posted about Otto's contributions, he has created several breath-taking works of art (in varying mediums!), specifically for the book.

Early on, we decided to hold off on the reveals... and I apologize for that silence. As the publication date is (finally!) upon us, however, Otto and I both plan to step up our communication in the coming months.

On a personal note, I really appreciate the inquiry from both of you (John and the so-called "Meule" Rock Star Dude). It pleases me greatly to know that you guys 'grok' my sensibilities and support my vision of the book.
