I love the beards on those Bible Greats figures. It is like someone described to the sculptor what a "beard" was, but he had never actually seen one...

I think what you are saying is these are great sculpts except they were supposed to be people. It’s like a very precise version of a terrible painting.

I recall looking at Noah and Moses, really wanting a Shazam custom, and realizing, "This is not going to cut it."

Moses could work for Monty Woolley in The Man Who Came to Dinner, though.

In my current set-up, Jesus and Tarzan have just been processed in Ape City from the recent hunt… the contrast of their facial expressions is wild.

Some others work pretty well as stand ins for the dopey humans from the TV series too.
