Trouble logging on

I just had the same thing happen. I hadn't logged in since Dec or January. I did request a new Password and was able to get in after closing out the browser and then trying again after the next 15 minutes.

FYI - same thing happened again, like above, that my password was not recognized, and had to request a new one, close out, and wait 15 to use the generated password.
